Revise your concepts which you have learnt. Don't read any new topic now. Practise previous year question papers of neet ug. Practise numericals of physics and chemistry , focusing more on the topics which are frequently asked in exam.

Good luck. Prepare well for exam.

I'd like to tell you 2 things before we proceed with the preparation techniques:

1) Preparation for a national level entrance requires some serious dedication and focus, regardless of the number of hours you put in everyday. It's the quality of your efforts that matter.

2) Success is never an overnight change. It requires consistency in your efforts and a flexible plan of action which suits your schedule. Remember, the quality of your result is a reflection of the quality of your efforts.

Proceeding to the preparation strategies:I'm assuming that you've already enrolled yourself in some coaching institution to aid your preparation. All that you need to, do is follow very meticulously whatever they've taught you all this while. Since the amount of time that's left in your hands is absolutely calculated, revise as much as you can. There's no time to learn a fresh concept in physics or open a new book for chemistry and biology. Whatever you've studied all this while,  just read and re-read. Evaluate yourself by solving test papers of previous year, this will give you an idea of your depth of preparation.

Most importantly, never leave a doubt unclarified. Your faculties will always help you out if you let them know where you are going wrong.

Most importantly, understand the fact that your body's physiology demands at least 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night for an optimal performance. Eat healthy, sleep and wake up on time, have realistic expectations from yourself.
