Parul University is a private institution situated in Vadodara. It is well known for its vibrant college life, events, fests, and breathtaking views. It is much like LPU in that manner- great rating, NAAC A++, fun hostel life, etc. When you check their websites, the placements are touching the roof with big companies such as Google, Microsoft, etc. mentioned there.

But the reality is, that private colleges don't offer you what Tier 1 colleges do. If you are going for Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, I would personally not recommend you to join this University. The arts stream of any institute is not all about placement and college life, it's about the faculty, the course plan, the curriculum, etc. An institute should have research vigor from the Arts stream which I don't see from this university. Parul University is a heavily marketed institute. You can try other colleges like DU, Christ University, Loyola College, etc. Going to Parul Uni for Arts and Humanities is like merely getting a degree. For BBA, BCA, BTech, Parul may be good but for Arts and Humanities, its a big no from my side.
