The BITSAT and VIT examination for 2019 are over now. You can appear for them in next year i.e. 2020. The examination date can't be predicted now for next year for both examinations. However they will take place in month of May. Exam syllabus for both the examination is similar to JEE Mains syllabus i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics which can be downloaded from the official website.

You will not be able to give both the exams this year. BITSAT exam is held in the month of may every year. VITEEE is held in the month of may. You can give the exam in next year. The syllabus contains that of JEE mains. For BITSAT, it contains two more sections- English, Aptitude. VITEEE contains an extra English section.
