You can join any programming course, go for visual communication courses, mass communication ,graphic designing ,IOT , or you can have courses on machine learning.
There are several fields from which you can choose any of your interest.
And it's not that if you do engineering you don't get job, if you are able to get a top institution there are 90% chances that you will get a job.
For consultancy many universities have their own counsellor you can talk to them.
