Sorry to say,  but your rank isn't enough to get you a seat in government college,  because the number of good government colleges under UPTU is very less and many good students who aren't able to get good college through JEE mains and advanced depends on UPSEE to get a good government college.



The closing cutoff for most of the good government colleges remains under 30k,  so your chances of getting admission in government college is close to negligible.
