The categorical rank you stated makes difficult to take an admission in government college for CSE branch. you have to choose other branch if you have to go for a government college.

If you want CSE only you have to look for private college but you can get top colleges for that as you have nice categorical rank.

ajay kumar garg engineering college-2874(closing rank)

Galgotias college of engineering  and technology- 3379(closing rank)

You can consider the above both for the cse filter.
