hi prakas, it all depends on what category you belong to and what reservation you have, whether you have state quota or not , but based on last year i would suggest that aim for 500 plus,absolutely doable , so aim for it.NEET 2018 Examination is most likely to be held on 10th May (Thursday) 2018 . NEET 2018 Application Form will be released in the month of January 2018.CBSE conducts NEET for admission across all medical colleges in india except aiims,and jipmer.The exam pattern is as follows:-

physics-45 questions each carrying 4 marks

chemistry-45 questions,each carrying 4 marks

There is no information out for 2018 cut off but as per previous year information, the closing rank was 32232 for VJ region, 70% quota in 1st round so according to that your tentative score should be 470+ as this would be the safest score to get seat there in your desired college.
