good afternoon.. ma'am i got a seat in your college through counseling.. do i need to pay any fee at the time of admission

Kindly mention the name of the institute you are talking about. In general, once you get a college in counselling, you need to complete the admission formalities which is done through document verification, paying the admission and course fee to that particular college. The mode of payment is decided by the institute where you are taking admission. Usuually, DD or cheque are preferred to pay the fees.
