Hello! Hope you are doing well. Firstly, congratulations for your score in KIITEE. According to the previous years cut off the closing renk in 2015 is 14233 and in 2013 is 9949. And this changes every year and you have a very high possibiity of getting ECE branch. It would be better if you can attend the counselling. You can also check it in the following link:

Well according to the 2015 cut off rank your rank seems to be a good one. And this year you may get the seat. So attend the counselling. Good luck!
