There is various course than engineering you may opt after 12th . Engineering is not only key to success .Also you can change your stream according to your aimbition because this is right time to shift to other stream.You can opt Arts if you r interested in exam like UPSC,SSC CGL,SSC and other state competitive exam if you opt Arts after 12th it will better for you to prepare for such examination.You can remain in science stream and can pursue science stream courses other than engineering like B.Sc,
