Odisha doesn't have NRI Quota/Green card quota for its Government Medical Colleges. NRI Quota is available only in 2 out of 4 Private Medical Colleges. So with a score of 504, you can secure a seat in NRII Category of Private Medical Colleges but not in Government Medical Colleges of Odisha. With a score of 509, your rank might be approximately between 38822-44553 . This is an expected rank range: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank .
