Good Evening Sir, I have OBC NCL certificate of delhi Government. Sir if I have domicile of UP state .Can I apply for OBC certificate of UP state Government ?

If you have domicile certificate of Uttar Pradesh and your aadhar card address and domicile address are same i.e.of Uttar Pradesh then you are eligible to apply for caste certificate in Uttar Pradesh and if any of the both found wrong then you didn't have eligible for that one.
