Good evening sir, my AP ICET 2019 rank is 2956 & i'm male belong to OC category. Shall i get a seat in universities or only in colleges?

Congratulations on securing this rank.
Going by the usual cutoff trends of universities and colleges, I can say that you can get a seat in colleges but not in universities.
Some of the colleges that you can get are:-
- Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science, Chittoor
- Prasad V. Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology, Vijayawada
- Pydah College of Engineering and Technology, Visakhapatnam
- Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering and Technology Nandyal, Kurnool
- SRK Institute of Technology, Vijayawada
