Instead of going for BA Social Work you can do MA Social Work.

Masters in Social Work.is popularly known as MSW.It is a post graduate degree of two years.You can pursue this degree only if you have a bachelors degree in any course and at least 50% marks(aggregate) in bachelors degree.

As you have mentioned in your question that you want this degree for your job.So,it would be better if you do masters in social work in comparison to bachelors in social work.
