First of all you don't need to worry even if you are 23 years old you are eligible for neet as there is no upper age limit to be eligible for neet exam
But yes to be eligible for you must have passed your class 12th board examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English and should have obtained a minimum of
50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories .
Now coming to how you should prepare for neet examination , you should follow below mentioned tips :+

- Give priority to ncert aaj most of the questions in NEET examination are directly based on the concepts from NCERT
- Practice questions after finishing each chapter you should practice numericals and mcqs .
- Revise your concepts at regular intervals, like once in a week or 15 days .
- Make routine or timetable
- once you are done with the complete neet syllabus go through mock test papers
