Below are the Eligibility Criteria for students to pursue UG Aeronautical Engineering:
- Must have passed 12th from any recognised Board in PCM with aggregate score of 70%.
- JEE Main and JEE Advance are required for admission in most of the Colleges for Aeronautical Engineering.
Mostly JEE Main and JEE Advance scores are considered for admission in Aeronautical Engineering in many colleges! Some colleges might prefer you to undergo their own Entrance Exams.
Below are some of the Colleges which offer quality education in Aeronautical Engineering other than NITs, IITs, etc,.
- Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai.
- Chandigarh University, Chandigarh.
- Woxsen Univeristy, Hyderabad.
Job Opportunities for Aeronautical Engineer are Aeronautical Mechanical / Electronic Engineer, Flight Engineer, etc,. Companies which recruit are Civil Aviation Department, Air India, Hindustan Aeronautical Ltd., Indian Air Force, Private Airlines, National Aeronautical Lab, etc,. So, first analyse which college you want to join and then look into the other aspects like Entrance Exam, mark required, fee structure, etc,.
