good Morning sir. sir,my one backlog result had not been declared. now I'm I eligibile for tsicet councelling?

As per the rules of ICET, candidates with backlogs are eligible to write the exam but to participate in counsleling they must clear their backlogs. this is applicable for both APICET and TSICET . so you cannot participate in counselling until you have result of your previous backlogs.
