For getting seat of mbbs in india, you should have minimum qualifying percentage in class 12th for being eligible for giving neet ug entrance exam for admission to mbbs seat in various medical college of india.
Neet ug also serves as the basis for admission to bds , bams, bhms, bums courses..

After 12 you have to give neet..then according to you air you will get admission in medical colleges..
