Got 120 in cet which engineering college I will get for cs or mechanical?

You hace very good chances with colleges like

Since score is on lower end chances for Mechanical ar ehigher than CSE engineering. Wait till last CAP rounds so you have better prospects for high ranked colleges like Dj Snaghvi for Production engineering which is substitute to Mechanical engineering.

You got good marks in cet but choosing the branch depends on two things-



The branch you want and the cast you belong to.



1.If you want computer science or mechanical i.e the branches with higher cut off and you belong to general category then you will get colleges like Singhad , D Y Patil Akurdi, etc



2. Same branches but if you belong to sc/st you can get a good college such as MIT, K J Somaiyya etc in the fourth round.



3. If you want branches such as Civil, ENTC , then you me get a better college during 3rd- 4th round.



Keep the focus on the area you want to stay and the form filling of college list. It is very much important as one mistake can make you land up somewhere you don't want to.
