yes you can get an government college for sure. You can go for IET for electrical branch which is one of the top college in UP also a gvernment college too. You can get it easily and for other branches too. May be CSE will be also possible.

you can apply for FGIET,KNIT,Bundelkhand University also. you can get one for sure. You can apply for TFW also with the GL Rank.
