A NEET UG score of 144 is too low to get you a seat for AYUSH courses in any government college. However, you can try out for private colleges.

Hello dear student,
As you said you have obtained 144 marks but these are not sufficient marks to get admission in any government bams Colleges even though you have category still you need to score 380+ marks to get admission in any good government bams and bhms College. I hope this was helpful to you.
