On such SC rank you have no chances to get any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs because in 2021 the closing SC rank was around 7-7.5k in JOSAA counselling so you will only waste your time in JOSAA counselling therefore I would recommend you to try in some state counselling process. But you can go for some other colleges that are discussed below.
