Hey,

First off, don't be frustrated. See,the cutoff has gone too high this year and there are many students like you are feeling lost.

See, wity 491 marks in NEET there is slight chance that you will get any government Medical College if we consider the previous years cutoff. The cutoff is anyways, subjected to variations every year depending on the number of candidates appearing for the examination, the difficulty level of question paper and the reservation category of the candidates.

You can wait for Mop-up round as there might be some chance.

You can also go for Private colleges or drop a year and prepare well. But,in any case, don't lose your confidence.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.

Hello,

I can understand your concern. Don't feel disheartened and try to stay calm and relaxed in these types if situations. To be honest chances very less for government medical college but you should not take this in a negative way.If medical really matters to you and this is what you want to do in your life then just take a drop and prepare very hard for next year and give your best.If you will try to stay positive and give you 100% then definitely you will get a government medical college next year.Have patience and believe in yourself.

I hope this helps
