you got it wrong those were all india crl ranks not obc ncl ranks in the cut off of dtu and nsit.
my rank is 20,700 in Air crl and 4525 obc

But as per Careers360 and as per College Praveen app, It's showing that I may get in NSIT, IITD in 1st round and in DTU in 2nd round (2016 cutoff is 9758).
