The final cutoff percentile score will be released later after the April exam and so you will have to wait for now.
You can calculate your approximate rank by the below given formula:
(100 - your percentile) * (874469/100)
Here, 874469 is the total number of students who appeared for the January session JEE Mains exam.
According to the above formula, your rank comes around 2 lakh. However, it's not the final rank but just the approximate one- which may vary depending upon the number of students appearing for the April exam.
As per previous JEE Mains criteria, candidates having rank within 2 lakh would qualify JEE Mains. So, you can get the near idea.

The cut-off will be announced in April for jee advance, so you have to wait till april to know the cutoff for JEE Advance because it will depend upon the number of students appearing in April too.
You can use the formulae given below to claculate your rank -
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.
874469 are the number of candidates appeared for JEE mains 2019 January attempt.
