Congrats for 96.93 percentile in JEE mains 2019
As of now we dont have official confirmation from NTA for 2019 JEE mains cutt off and Rank List.
After the display of cutt off , you will be able to clarify that in which NIT you will get admission and which branch .

Your percentile score is quite good.!
The NTA will release the final cutoff percentile for qualifying JEE Mains after the April exam session. Once the cutoff is released by NTA, simultaneously the NITs will release their admission cutoffs. And so you will have to wait for now.
As per previous years JEE Mains criteria, candidates having 98+%ile score- have chances for admission in any of the top NITs. Based on your percentile, you have chances of getting admission in NIT. Well, hope for the best.!
