Got all India rank 4022 in general category in clat pg please suggest me I wait for 3rd list of clat or took admission in private college?

The previous year cut off for admission in any National Law Universities was a rank in the range of 1600 for the general category. So if you belong to the general category you don't have any chance for admission in any NLU with a  rank of 4022. So instead of waiting for subsequent lists you should go ahead with other options that you have.

There are various Private Colleges that accept CLAT scores other than the National Law Universities. Here is a list of a few of them.
