Congratulations on securing 98%ile in MHTCET.
Last years Ladies quota cutoff of OBC Category (LOBCS) in the second round was 151 marks. So you can expect to get Chemical Engineering at ICT Mumbai in the 2nd round. If not in the second you can definitely get it in the third round.
You can surely get Electrical/Mechanical at some top engineering colleges. If you want to know the cutoffs of the colleges you can visit the below link and look for cutoffs of all the rounds
