Got the rank in JEE 2022 in CRL 218215 and OBC-NCL is 69158, is there any chance to get a seat in NIT or IIIT?

On such OBC rank you have no chances to get any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. You can get an idea from previous year's closing ranks available on the official website :-

But you can go for some other colleges that are discussed below.
