got upgradation of seat in patna 2nd round,( jodhpur in 1st round), & i hav chosen option 2. I hav submitted scanned copy of offer letter to PATNA, as per notification & sent hard copy by speed post which will reach on 6th/7th Jan.is there any problem as it's exceeding 4th January?

No I do not think there will be any problem if dates exceed but still I think it is better to inform and ask for extension if needed as you have completed your responsibility. I think they would understand your situation and accept your documents plus you have already submitted your offer letter so no need to worry.
