Since you have not mentioned the field in which you are seeking admission neither you have mentioned about the examination for which you have mentioned the score so it would be little bit difficult for us to guide you with an accurate information but if we go through your profile then it shows that you are a medicine aspirant so you might be asking for NEET UG. Unfortunately on such NEET score you are not even qualified for NEET 2021 because the cut-offs for NEET UG 2021 are as follows :-

-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks

-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks

-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks

-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks

Now without getting qualified in NEET UG 2021 you cannot get admissions in any of the courses such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS and other Ayush courses neither in government college nor in private college.
