government job exam for electrical diploma holder (and how to prepare from first year)

Usually Central govt , State governments conducts various examinations for recruitment of diploma holders to different Government organizations. As you know Indian Railways are the largest recruiters of electrical diploma holders. I request you to keep checking the job notifications from BARC , Railway Recruitment Board and other Public Sector Under takings like GAIL , SAIL , BPCL etc for recruitment's. Also you may apply for all the vacancies available in your native state too. For exam preparation usually it consist of 2 stage written exam, prelims and mains. You need to have through knowledge of quant, reasoning, current affairs apart from your subject knowledge to crack the exam.
