As you have not mentioned your category and if you are from Haryana resident or not, So I'm putting cut off of some colleges in All India category:

1) BKN Government Polytechnic, Narnaul

Mechanical engineering: 57 - 1618

2)Government Polytechnic College, Ambala City

Automobile Engineering: 350 - 1172

Mechanical Engineering: 16 - 360

3)Government Polytechnic, Sonipat

Automobile Engineering: 1543 - 2916

Mechanical Engineering: 44 - 543

The above opening and closing ranks is for All India category and also I don't able to get the all colleges as official link on the site is not working, but if you are from All India category there are no chances to get your desired branch or any branch in diploma engineering.

Whenever the official link of last year opening and closing ranks start working,I will add some more colleges information.
