The seats in private colleges are reserved in two ways one is government quota i.e., based on government guidelines some seats are reserved for Backward class and category student and in management seats, its all about paying money and getting a seat.
Now in Karnataka there are 2900 seats in Government Medical Colleges and 6595 seats in Private medical colleges. Now based on your category you will be alloted the seat provided you should have valid NEET score and you clear the cut off for the examination.
