You can apply for B Pharm in following colleges in Assam:
Assam Down town univ
Assam univ , Silchar
Dibrugarh university
Royal Global univ
Assam Sc and tech univ (ASTU)
Don Bosco university
These are just some of the good colleges in Assam for B/D pharma. Course fee is between 20k-1 lakhs. It will most probably start from August or September. All the best to you
