Hello,
The eligibility of UPSC CSE or any state level PSCs is simply graduation in any field from a recognized university, of course in case of state PSCs it's also mandatory for a candidate to have the reading, writing, and speaking knowledge of the regional language, see the syllabus of UPSC is more directed towards the study of history, sociology, polity, geography, economics, etc, those who pursue BBA are mostly inclined to work in corporate sector or they aim for MBA at later point, and Journalism/Anchor/Mass Communication studies are mostly suited to be working in media industry, but as I said there is no barrier of belonging to any specific stream when it comes to UPSC/state PSCs, also it's good to have a back up plan in this case, after completion of your graduation in any of these fields you can work in the related domain, gain some work experience, and later on if you still feel UPSC CSE is your calling you can go ahead with it, there have many successful aspirant who have followed this route, the rest is upto you to decide, you are a better judge of your areas of interest, skills, aptitude, kind of job profile you are looking at to be working in future.
