You can go for post graduation courses in Design.
Masters in Design is a 2 years postgraduate degree in field of design. Government institutions require at least 50% marks in graduation, so you are not eligible for them. However there are many private institutes who do not have any minimum percentage criteria and you can take admission there.
Or else you can appear for NIFT examination and if you clear you can do Bachelors in design from NIFT Institutes. Bit it will take you 3 4 yeats back in your life.
