Balaji, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless in 2018 under All India Quota the cut offs for various Categories for Grant Medical College have been as follows:
General Category: 607
SC: 512
ST: 475
Now this is 2018 data and cut offs chamge every uear depending on various factors like no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So if this college is your target for 2020, you should aim for nothing less than 650
