Greetings respected sir / mam I have applied for NEET UG 2020 All India quota counselling but I was not allotted a seat in the first round of the counselling and so I want to take free exit I request you kindly to guide me with free exit procedure and how to claim security deposit. Thank you.

Hey,
As you have stated that you have not been allotted with any seat under All India Quota so you can easily opt for Free Exit.
If you won't participate in other rounds of counseling, if you skip the registration process for other rounds of counseling you will be automatically counted in the Free Exit category.
As far as the security deposit is concerned, that will be credited back into the account from which the amount was initiated first . It will be done once all the counseling rounds are over.

But on pg 29 on the guidelines on counselling prospectus released by MCC it is mentioned that students who were not alloted seat in first round of counselling don't have to register again
In that case will not they consider me in second round of counselling even without I register
Kindly help.
