Gujarat board count grade base on theory marks and in mnc its written minimum aggregate so which one they count practical+theory or only theory??

With the Gujarat Board of Education every Board of education of every state has the provision for counting the aggregate marks on the basis of theory + practical marks. Only on theory or only on practical marks in any subject cannot be the basic point for counting great point and aggregate marks.
