Hello,
Gujarat Common Admission Test (GUJCET) is an entrance for admission in undergraduate Engineering and Pharmacy course in the institutes of Gujarat.The admission is based on merit in GUJCET.And if you get score in the entrance exam you need to participate in the counseling and opt for the colleges.So it depends on your rank in GUJCET that determines whether you can get seat in Aeronautical Engineering in a good college.
