Guys I got a seat in first phase of ts counciling but Iam not happy with it so opted for second counciling.Should I pay the fee for first

Hi Manasa,

I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, Dear if you are not satisfied with 1st round seat then definitely you can go for the 2nd round. Just report to the college and don't pay the fee because If you pay the fee for the 1st round seat then when you got a better seat in the 2nd round and want to join that seat then it becomes very very difficult to collect your fee back from your 1stallotted college. So I suggest you not to pay the fee till second round seat allotment is declared. After that if you get a better college then you go for it otherwise you can pay the fee to stay back in the same old college. But just inform the Administration of 1st college that you want to go for the 2nd round that's why you are not paying the fee.
