guys i m from mp and have ews certificate but im confuse whether it is valid for state or central also .......

See, there are no such differences in ews certificate. There is only one EWS certificate .If you are eligible to get ews certificate , then you can have it , either by state or centre. And it is valid for one year maximum. You can check the validiy of your ews certificate by visiting Department of revenue website of your state.
