This is an important thing that you got to realise now.Very firstly,let go all placements and other societal pressure off your mind and then ask yourself,'Where does your lie in? Towards coding,networking,cybersecurity or civil stuffs? If your answer is CSE,you may take up a decent college and pursue this passion of yours,not a bad option! Whereas if your answer is civil,you may consider BMS and Ramaiah.And I would attach a link for you below. BMS and MSRIT are both in the top 5 Engineering colleges which provide admission through COMEDK examination.

I would suggest you go for the Civil branch in either of these colleges.

The main reason is the PLACEMENTS.

The average placement of the Civil branch in BMS and MSRIT is between 5 to 7 LPA.

The average placements of the CSE branch in lower colleges are nowhere near this mark.
