To study MBBS, you need to appear for the entrance exam i.e NEET. To get admission in a government college your score should be minimum 520-30+ (if you're applying for 85% state quota seats) and 560-70+ (in case for 15% AIQ seats). As the cutoff changes every year, the safe marks range for getting admission in any of the government or private colleges can't be predicted. So, prepare well and study smart.. Keep high target.!

If you reach is 22 even if you word and unreserved candidate you would not have had an age bar and since you say you are reserved candidate you can continue giving exam till 30 years of age and if you have got a minimum aggregate of 40 percentage of physics, chemistry and biology at your class 12 level board examination then you are very much eligible in order to secure a seat via NEET UG examination for studying medical undergraduate course in India

although the cutoff for tamilnadu is usually very high but since you belong to SC category in order to get a 95% in government quota seat from the state you need to score and axis of 520 to 530 and in order to get all India quota seat you need to score in excess of 580 to 600 search the level of competition nowadays is very high and cutoffs cannot be accurately predicted and you always do to have additional 10 to 20 marks axis of the bare minimum in order to comfortable if it yourself and one of the better institutions of the state
