Yes you can do engineering through NDA but you can only apply for Navy of Airforce. All you need to do is apply for National Defence Academy after passing 12th Standard with PCM subjects. The selection procedure is based on Written Examination, Medical Test, and then Personal Interview. Your choice of service should be Navy or Airforce.
