Lets say for example, if Round 1 of counselling is completed by 10th June, Candidates are given a maximum period of 7-10 days to join the allotted college. And the 2nd round of counselling might start around 1st of July. But the classes wont commence until mop up round is over which means the classes might not commence until August or September. Now lets say, you joined the college after getting a seat in Round 1. You are given a specific period of time to exit the seat. either through Free exit or Virtual vacancy. This is for not too long a period. Now you will not get to really experience the college atmosphere or teaching or other facilities as such. So you will have to take a call based on your gut feeling.
