If you belong to the state quota then with your BC category reservation you will have good chance to get a seat in government colleges. According to the previous year statistics you have chance in almost 20 government colleges. Some had cutoff even lower than your score while some had cutoff near your score. If you belong to the state quota then your chances are also of getting a government seat in private colleges. But if you want a seat from All India Quota then there are no chances. As you mentioned with BC category and 403 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
