Hello student ,
At 369 marks it seems difficult to get MBBS seat in government Medical College's . As it looks hard it doesn't mean it's no . You may get seat but you have to wait uptil last that will be too late and as you know chances are less as 459+ will be safe score for OBC for government MBBS seat . But you can get top private medical college's . If you still want Government then try for BDS you may definitely get government dental college . For your convenience I am providing you with our college predictor link which will provide you a list of colleges based on your rank and marks .

Hello,
As per last years cutoff, for getting a All India Quota government medical seat in your category your score should be atleast more than 450. So with AIQ there are less chances of getting a seat.
However, you have fair chances of getting a seat through state quota. You did not mention your state, but your profile shows Rajasthan, so i will list some of the colleges you might get. Considering you satisfies all the required criteria to be eligible for state quota seats, some colleges in which you can get a government seat are:
- American International Institute of Medical Sciences Udaipur
- Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre Rajsamand
- Dr SN Medical College, Jodhpur
- Government Medical College, Barmer
For last years cutoff you can refer the link.
