You will easily get eee or ece at vit chennai but there is a high chance that you might end up in category 3,4 or 5. I had a rank of 35k and I easily got ece in the 1st category itself but since your rank is a little high you might not get in the first two categories.

As ECE,EEE are core branches and these branches are quickly occupied by upper rank students so there is no chance to get desired branches but you can opt for your branch through management quota
